Recently got an Xbox series S And if you're looking for an alternative to SSD cards this is perfect. For context I have a current gen Xbox and a 5tb external hard drive that is a "full" sized hard drive and requires it's own plug into an outlet. I did some YouTube searching and talked to some tech folks. These hard drives are portable (just uses 1 usb slot on the system) and swift with speed. I purchased 2 of them so my Xbox has 10TB of additional storage(9.7 after settings) it's well worth it.

This works extremely well if you need a lot of storage with very little space. Great for on the go as well as a backup. Recommended for sure.

worked well immediately. However, be warned- you need to check ok when asked if you will share info with the company. I made the mistake of passing on this and the install hung at 18 percent. I redownloaded the software from the site and started over, this time checking yes. Install was perfect.

I got this hard drive because of the price and wanted to increase the space I had for my PS4. It has worked great and am happy I bought it.

I am a photography enthusiast and needed more storage space for my RAW image files which take up a lot of space. I previously had good luck with the Western Digital brand so I went with this one to use as a backup for my desktop drive. I've had the hard drive for several months and never had an issue with it. It has fast data transfer and operates flawlessly. I Bring it with us as a portable backup when we travel in our RV. The moving around hasn't bothered it. WD is always reliable.

This one offers plenty of storage for storing all your home photos, videos and files! The portable form factor is what exactly I needed so I can put it into my small safe along with other important items. Has been working all these months without a flaw. I back up everything twice a month to this portable hard drive and had no worries about losing data.

Great deal on a discounted version of the western digital portable drives. I have about 8 of these drives of various sizes from the time when the 1 TB model came out and so far none of them have crashed yet. I use these to plug into my samsung TV and roku box (I have a few of these drives) to watch my saved content. I plays my 4kv video files just fine on my devices. I get about 150 MB transfer rate when moving large files around between this and my new computer.

This a large capacity but compact in size external harddrive. Works as expected. Only issue with it is that it doesn’t use USB-C.
