This a large capacity but compact in size external harddrive. Works as expected. Only issue with it is that it doesn’t use USB-C.

Great hard drive for backing up photos. it's reliable and hasn't crashed on me yet. It's in a convenient size so it's very portable.

This was a terrific bargain for this well, respected brand! I really love the portability. I used it to transfer precious pictures from a failing drive, and the best part was that the transferring was done by the Geek Squad through My Best Buy Total membership. I highly recommend this external drive as well as having the membership!

Great product! It's light and the slim design fits easily in my laptop bag. I have a Mac and had to reconfigure it, which was an easy process thanks to the step-by-step instructions found on the WD website: https://support-en.wd.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/20821. It comes with a USB connector, and I had to buy the USBC cables for my daughters' laptops, as I purchased one for them as well. I am currently using it to back up my laptop every week, and I love the fact I can access my files on my Mac or my husband's PC.

So far so good. I plugged this into my PS5 and am usin it to store my PS4 games. Wont let me store the PS5 games on it.

Great storage drive for a great price. Tons of space and decent speeds for a usb drive. Uses usb 3 so that's a plus.

Only brand we buy! Best Buy no longer gives points if you don’t use their credit card. I’ll be buying from other places from now on due to this final straw with this company and things that have happened.

Great portable external hard drive for documents, photos backup. Its small and portable and does not need external power source.

Needed to backupy files, pictures,and music from my laptop while I performed a refresh on the laptop. Easy to install and the performance was fine. Reviewed several models models and decided on the WD was on sale. Also, have used other WD hard drives in the past with no issues. Once done with the refresh, the laptop easily once again recognized the drive and was able to restore all my files. Easy set up and quiet operation. Planning on using to the WD EasyShare run several VM from it and store utilities.
