Great purchase for an external hard drive for my Xbox. Recommended for anyone in the market. Allowing you to store your games while not eating up all of the storage space on your Xbox. With this size storage I can store all of my games and still more room available.

This is a great value and was easy to install ONLY after I unplugged my other WD Easystore 4TB usb. This new drive was not recognized by my Windows 10 PC until I removed the current one. Simple solution, but was not apparent till after numerous attempts trying all other fixes on reddit, Youtube, etc.... Lack of included troubleshooting instructions is a negative and I sent back a previous purchase because of this, but bought a second drive thinking the first on was defective...

I've had extremely good luck with these WD portable drives, using them constantly to take work back and forth to home and office. I've had a few fail, but usually I was able to salvage them. In general, nice size storage, reliable. I wish the connection cable and connection to the drive were a bit beefier, as that is a weak spot, but careful handling will save you.

If you’re looking for a plug and go hard drive, this is a great product. It’s very user friendly and easy to add to. I’ve never once had any connectivity issues. However I will say that WD really screwed themselves by showing options for their features they offer in entirety from the desktop app. THIS HARD DRIVE DOES NOT HAVE ANY OF THE OFFERED FEATURES! The cloud service, the security features, and a bunch of other services to the point where the device is not readily found like the others on their platform. I was disappointed to not have those features more then I was about the quality of the hard drive. Not sure if anyone else would consider this a deal breaker but had I known I would of gone with another device.
