Our old backup system was not backing up and locking up our computer. We had to fight with it to get it to back up. We have changed to this back up system and it has worked great.

This little drive is excellent for backing up your data files or for transferring them to another computer or even entertainment device. My only criticism is that it is a little slow.

My husband got me a little Del Inspiron laptop for my writing. It's perfect but it doesn't have enough memory. The Elements external hard drive solved the problem. I now have 1 TB of memory! It was so easy to use. Just plug it in and boom, my little laptop turned into a powerhouse.

I was pleasantly surprised when I opened up the packaging. The drive is a lot smaller than I expected. Speed is fine for what I do, and as a plus, there is no extra power brick (power comes from USB cable).

The size and weight made it a joy to have, no complaints at all, easy to carry with me on the go.

Filled it up to capacity with everything I needed it for. Works fine. Not much else to say? Worked easily with both Windows 7 and Windows 10. Transferred 1TB in a reasonable amount of time (don't even remember waiting for it).

This is my sixth purchase of this drive. Great. Dependable and cheap.

Pretty speedy on that there USB 3.0. Very small, very quiet and doesn't get hot
