The hard drive was easy to find in the store. It was easy to install.

When my computer died, my warranty had expired and I figured it might just be trash. With the help oh the geek squad, I bought this hard drive and they put it in the same day. My computer now runs as hood as new.

This is an excellent new or replacement disk drive. I have used WD products as replacements for Seagate drives that constantly fail. WD wins the battle easily since I virtually never have any WD drive failures.

I needed to replace a hard drive in my Dell laptop quickly and I saw this hard drive in the sales paper so I went to the store and it was available and at a great price. My laptop is back up and running now!

I bought this because my original laptop hard drive went bad and I needed to replace it. Has served intended purpose and is still working. Have had to problems with it at all. Easy to install and configure.

when my laptop died, I replaced the hard drive and OS. Took about 5 minutes to install the drive. Not sure if it's the drive or the OS, but start up is a little slow. I have been using it daily for about a month and have had no problems.

Cheap, solid, has a descent warranty and most important, it's on the shelf. Not easy to find low cost HDD's in stock anymore. Quick easy, grab and go. When you need a drive quick and dirty, here you go!

I would recommend this product. It is a good product

As a Computer Technician I never buy any other hard drives than Western Digital. I'm not saying I never see one fail, but compared to other brands WD drives perform the best by far.

Removed old drive. Installed new, perfect fit. Format, partition and installed without issues on Win7 laptop Would definitely recommend, the price is right, quality is exceptional.

My original laptop HD was failing after 3 years so I replaced it with this. Easy to replace and transfer data; no problems so far. Also, Best Buy's price was less than the competitor.

this product was out of the package and ready to use in my laptop in less than an hour! it was very easy to remove the old, broken hard drive and replace it with this one.

Had to buy a new hard drive for laptop because old one crashed. Put this one in and I can't even tell that I did it's quite smooth and quick. Great buy for the price tag.

I always purchase WD equipment for my computers and I always get them at Best Buy. I can always count on both Best Buy and Western Digital for performance and service.

Only downfall is that now that've have a new hard drive and everything has been re-installed, nothing can be opened. It seems something wasn't re-installed correctly. But this does not appear to be the fault of the new hard drive.

There was a virus on my PC which damaged the original hard drive. I needed a replacement, and Best Buy had an exact replacement for the Western Digital drive.

I needed a replacement hard drive for my macbook and this was perfect. Easy to install and format. No problems.

Would buy again. Very easy to install. Did not take long to install but make sure you have the discs you need to update your computer...that does take a while.

It was so easy-to-use took the old one out new one went right in no special tools or equipment required reload your software and go no problems yet I would recommend it to anyone
