Bought this HD to replace the original 160 GB HD that had died in my PS3. Just a few minutes later had a working PS3 again with 300+ GB of storage for little cost.

Bought to replace a failing hard drive on an aging laptop. No problems, working great for the purpose I purchased the item for. It is not huge drive or a speed demon. However, for my application it is great.

Gave a 1300 dollar sony 17" laptop new life after the old hard drive failed after 4 years. Easy to install, worked great! Could not have been easier, been using it for a little while now with no issues.

Needed to upgrade Dell E6400 laptop from 80 GB to 320 GB. This WD disk is only 5400 rpm, but that means less power. New disk has only been in use a month; I will be satisfied if it holds up as well as the original.

My laptop is working very well, now. The service and customer service was excellent. The technicians were very patient and thorough in explaining the problem and solution.

All I did was buy it. Geek squad did the rest. Although I had a hard time getting a rep to help me pick the right one, but that has nothing to do with the product itself.

I this a great product. Easy to install even for a novice. I also noticed this drive is much faster than the OEM. I was able to restore my laptop with the restore disc.

Replacement drive for a Dell laptop out of warrenty. Popped it it in, rebooted, reinstalled windows and backups with no problem. Runs great. System BIOS detected and installed with no problem.

It was simple to set up. I took out the old one. The new one went right in. Ir only took less than a minute and the used my start up disc and now works perfectly.

Geek squad installed and said it would load the OS as soon as a wifi connection was available. This was incomplete advice, there were a few critical steps missing from their instructions.

The geek squad installed it for me. The only thing better would be if it came with restore disks so I didn't have to make them myself. That would be awesome.

My computer was dead, Geek Squad did an excellent job getting it back in service with this new hard drive.

My experiences with Best Buy have always been great, never had a problem, and I have purchased a number of items, mostly laptops.

I have used products from this company before and I never have had a bad experience. The product installed fast and is working as expected.

My new internal hard drive revived my dead computer,it seems to be working ok not like a new computer but at least I can use it with a little bit of confidence..

As a Vomputer Repair shop I somtimes need to hrab a part off the shelf for a customer repair. I always check with Best Buy for quick access.

Works so far. Hopefully longer then the last one of their's I bought. Two years and a couple storms and they're done. Investing in a better back up and restore plan!

I installed this in my uncle's computer, and he loves it. Good hard drive for people just worried with getting by, not so good for performance and other uses.

This hard drive helped expand my 2012 Toshiba's life by about 2 years. Eventually, the Toshiba died and did not respond to life support.

I bought this drive to upgrade an older laptop to get more capacity. It slipped right into the laptop drive bay and worked easily.
