    WD makes great drives! Have used them for years in both business and personal applications and you can not beat them for reliability. This drive replaced another brand that failed in my grandsons laptop. I am sure it will out last the oem drive.

    This sub $50 hard drive does exactly what it should, thus far, which is replace a HD gone sour. What it doesn't do: make me coffee. It hard drives all the time it is on but will not even offer to make coffee.

    Just bought this HD not long ago. So far it works like it supposed to. But like most Hard Drives only time will tell. The price was affordable. Other than that I can't tell you any other details until I see the longevity of the drive.

    Decent amount of storage for the price. Western Digital has always been my favorite hard drive brand. They never let me down. I use these all the time in a point of sale environment. Never have any issues and works for uses 24x7

    I needed a replacement drive for some work I was doing and Best Buy's price was about the same as the place I normally get my parts from. Western Digital drives have been traditionally very reliable and perform very well for me and this drive didn't disappoint.

    I needed to replace a HD in a laptop that is generally only used for Internet use, so this one was a great fit to get the laptop going again. Made no noise when running , and did not seem to cause much heat in the laptop either

    My son's PS3 hard drive was corrupted. Bought this to replace upgrade. Went from 40G to 320G. Seems to have solved the problem, not to mention 8X the storage! Not a bad deal. Gonna buy one to upgrade MY PS3 next!
