Solid Drive

Installation was easy and was up and running in less than 5 minutes. The most difficult part was to plug the power connector in, but that certainly isn't a problem with the drive, but with my box.

Great drive for 2nd internal drive

Hard drive functioning well.

I had to pay the Geek Squad to extract my data and then pay for a new Hard drive. The Dell was purchased at this same Best Buy. Though everything appears to be working pretty well now, the overall experience was not a good one. The hassle of replacing a bad drive, reinstalling licensed software, incurring delays, etc., not to mention incurring expenses seems unreasonable after owning the PC for such a short time.
