I love how it comes with the ability to import/back-up all your photos from various social media platforms with one click. Very easy install and works well with my iMac.

This external hard drive was easy to set up and provides a significant amount of storage capacity. It is now easy to share files between devices connected to the Wi-Fi network.

I'm not the most tech savvy person, so I'm still trying to figure out if it has completely backed up my files - and I don't think it has everything in there - at least from the report I looked at. So, I'm not sure why everything (including pictures) were not backed up. Hopefully, I will figure out how to fully use this equipment really soon.

Wanted to be able to back up computer and not have something big and bulky on the desk! This is just the right size with plenty of room for what i need to back up!

I purchased the drive for the sole purpose of expanding my Xbox ones memory. It seems to slightly decrease load times and was easy to format, I would recommend this product.

Works great. I have had no problems. As someone with zero experience with these and not tons of tech savvy setting it up and learning to use was really easy.

This Hard Drive is great to use for your Xbox One games. I've been using mine for a year now and it hasn't caused me any problems. Goes to show as long as you appreciate it and take care of it. It will last as long as you appreciate it.

I chose this product after my old back up failed (different brand). I knew the WD brand from using it at work, so chose it for my home application. Was simple to install and set up, works great.

I like the look and size of the hard drive overall. So far it has performed well using it for iTunes purposes with my MacBook Air.

I purchased this drive to use as a backup device for my PC. Since I wanted to have a continuing backup service, I purchased a subscription to Acronis True Image and paid a small fee for them to set up daily/weekly backups to this drive. So far, I have had no issues with the external drive, and it holds two complete (disaster recovery) backups with room to spare. I would recommend this drive as a solution for backing up one (or more) computers.

It's hard to find AC powered hard drives anymore, and this one is a great price for the size. I use it for external storage on my PC to run a Plex server and I never have any issues with read speeds.

Thus far (have had about two months) a great addition that provides peace of mind in knowing that my C drive is being backed up nightly. Easy to set up and install, the 3 TB capacity is more than I will probably ever use. If you have ever experienced a hard drive crash and lost your data, you will want to provide yourself the assurance this never happens again. Notwithstanding cloud backup options, the WD My Book desktop external hard drive is the answer.
