Great backup drive.

Backups are quick and easy to setup. This was a less expensive solution than a dual drive NAS and it has worked great since I didn't need true RAID performance.

Keep one at home, one in your work bag and then one somewhere else and swap them out every couple months to make sure you always have the latest information protected.

WD Will not Stay Connected
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This WD is very good when it is working - But it will not stay connected (Electronically) with the computer - The light is on (on the front) but it just disappears from the list of hard drives available for the computer. I also have a Seagate hard drive connected to the computer and it always shows as being available.
