We were copying some massive videos files to send to a client. Drive worked perfectly for our needs and was very fast with the USB3 interface. Would definitely recommend and buy again.

This hard drive meets my expectation its ok for the money not much more

I am able to quickly and easily back up my files. The backup software that came with it works well, but I like Norton backup better personally.

Hooked to my Apple Router and set up to perform time machine backups from both my iMac and MacBook Pro automatically. IT JUST WORKS! No fiddling needed.

As with all WD hard drives I've owned, this one works as expected. Fast interface. I did have to re-format it to work with both Windows and Mac, but it works fine now.

This device has saved my bacon (and photos, and music, and...) so many times already! It has a continuous back up feature, so that I never have to worry about it. I would give it five stars, but the retrieve function is not quite as simple. Still, a great product.

I was in need of some extra storage space and decided to get the 4TB option. So far it has performed well. I don't use any of the included software and manually store all my files.

These are great for system backups or transferring data. Do not expect them to last forever. Do replace every 2 years so you don't run into issues and do securely wipe the data once replaced. These are fast, but not the fastest drives. Do use a usb3 port for best results.

Very durable hard drive. My company needs tons of space for archiving movie files and these drives transfer data quickly and I've never personally had any issues with WD hard drives.

I bought this because my 500 GB external drive is full. The new drive is lightening fast and it will take me forever to fill it up.

Highly recommend! Functions quickly and doesn't run hot like my Seagate drive does. The price is amazing on this 4Tb drive! Hard to even find a portable 2Tb drive for this price!

Game is just ok, nice change of pace but I still prefer BF4.

I thought this would be more like a "cloud" device, it seems to claim it is, but it does not work off Apple products to use as an external cloud for storage. It looks to be that the never My Book might be better, I returned this one. Prob great for storage as it's quite big.

This hard drive is amazing for the Xbox one it expands the low internal memory and writes the game install very very fast.

I've been a WD and Seagate fan for years. I've rarely had a WD drive go bad. I was worried that a 4tb drive may be too slow, but I see no performance issues. Great product.

A quality memory device that works fine. My only complaint is regarding in use in combination with another similar external memory unit. The instructions for connecting two units in series are incomplete and I could not get both units to work in series.

So far so good, no issues yet.....................
