I use this HD as extra storage space for my media computer, which streams my media from iTunes to our Apple TVs. It works great! Highly recommend it.

Very pleased with this item so far, this is my second one. The only question that remains is its longevity. We shall have to wait and see how long it lasts.

I use this to store all of my digital Xbox one games. Works great. Every once in awhile you will get a lag but no big deal. Doesn't last for very long

The WD Mybook is a great drive and it has WD Red 256GB Cache Drives inside, yet it costs less than buying these same exact drives bare.

I have always purchased Western Digital products and have always been happy with the product. As a matter of fact I have a 3tb essentials, 1 TB passport, 2TB passport, a 500 GB My book. So yes you can say I have had a few. No issues here.

I needed something to consolidate all of my external data storage and this hard drive is a good product especially for the price. I'm very pleased.

This is a good unit for storing lots of music, pictures, etc... and the 3.0 USB fives you faster data transfer speed so you spend less time saving.

I set this drive up for my xbox one and it works perfectly. Games are launched quickly and I haven't had a single crash or otherwise.

I have always bought Western Digital hard drives, internal and external. I have had very good luck with that. I have absolutely no complaints.

They've been pretty sound so far. We had Seagate drives and they failed before the 2 year warranty. Then the replacement drives also failed within a year after they were replaced.

This external drive is everything i need to properly back-up video files from my edit system. Will purchase more in the future.
