I love the HD and use it for my Xbox One. Plenty of space and speed in comparison to my internal Xbox hard drive. Very easy to set up and couldn't ask for anything more. Got it for a deal at $119.99 and it was an obvious choice.

I purchased 2 of the My Book external hard drives for work to use as backups our server. They were replacements for older My Book drives that lasted years. New server = New drives. They easily connected and are working great.

Found needing this due to not enough storage space on new computer. Found it's easy to use. Will never have to worry about storage space.

I purchase this a a duplicate drive for backups as I already have another 4TB My Book. The problem I had was XP would not recognize the newer drive. I have no problem with the other slightly older 4TB My Book. If it wasn't for this it would have 5 stars. I use an older computer (XP) as a server so I don't tie up laptops or workstations.

This was a really good price for 4TBs. I was amazed at how quickly the files are written to this drive via usb 3.0. I have not had it long, so I can't comment on the longevity of this drive. I have no issues with it so far.

You don't want to wake up and discover that your hours of creative work has evaporated into the thin air so using the WD - My Book 4TB External USB 3.0 Hard Drive for me is not negotiable. It has always been useful.

I got this as extra storage for the XBox One and it works great. No problems at all. Good price for the storage. Can't complain.

Bought the western digital drive to use with my macbook. Haven't had any problems with the drive. Used other brands of external hard drives and had some problems. Never had a problem with western digital drives.

I needed a new drive for Tme Capture to backup my MAC. My concerns were that it might be a loud drive. I'm very happy with the amount of noise level, it's very quiet.

This has worked flawlessly. I've set it up to automatically back up my files from both our desktop and laptops. I originally bought it for photo backup but decided I'd purchase another drive when they go on sale again.

This product was easy to set up and has had no problems. It has allowed me to confidently store my files for backup.

Only have it for a few weeks, but it's a typical WD drive which is a good thing. Works fine, is speedy and quiet. Hopefully lives a long life, but if not, I know that WD has the best customer support on the planet.

Reliable storage, great capacity, and a great price.

This is an amazing addition to my Xbox One! I got it for $129 and have zero regrets. I have around 30 games installed and still have 85% storage left! Plus, it loads games faster than the installed Xbox HDD.

Great price for the amount of space. I bought this mainly to connect to my Xbox One, and I should never run out of space with this. I think that games load a little faster with this versus the Xbox hard drive.

Plug and play. Period. Does what it should quietly and reliably. Creates large storage space. Not a cloud but if installed on wireless router with USB port it will act as one. Very happy with purchase and value.

Good drive, adequate for backup storage capability

I got this for my Xbox One as external storage and it's great. Fast access and a large amount of storage for a great sale price. What more can I ask for?

This is my second WD external and I'll keep buying more as I need them---bulletproof reliability and dead simple setup.

I have one of these external USB 3.0 Hard drives for each of my and my teenagers' computers. I have had some hard drive scares in the past, even losing my computer to a virus, but my backup saved all my data!
