Seems to run a lot

I'm not accessing the drive very often and it's usually sleeping when I open it in explorer. I'm guessing windows is indexing the large drive. Anyways, it does what I need, making room for more digital hoarding :)

Great reliable storage for XBox

The device is quiet, reliable and fast. Must to my surprise I was able to find an online price cheaper than the in store price. A great deal at a great price.

Lots of space for less money

I have not had any issues with this device since its purchase and installation. Works great with my Xbox One. The Xbox detected it without a problem and I was able to format.

Can never have too much space

Overall, it's a nice design and the USB 3 performance makes transfers speedy. Also have another drive like this that I use for my Time Machine backups.

Easy to use!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My computer indicated my hard drive was failing...I went to Best Buy and bought this external hard drive 4TB with plenty of room for the ten years worth of pictures I was afraid I was going to lose. This worked relatively fast given the amount of pictures I had and when my hard drive failed and I replaced I was able to transfer from the HD back onto the computer.. SAVED ALL OF MY PICS AND IMPORTANT DOCS!

Exactly what I needed
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was looking for a large external hard drive to "clean out" my old, dying laptop that was full of pictures, music and documents. I was beyond pleased with this product. It was so easy to use and understand. You just plug it in and drag and drop your stuff! The only problem I encountered was unplugging the device. I went to safely remove the hardware but it kept saying the device could be removed. In an effort not to just unplug the USB from my computer, a quick google search informed me it was a common problem with this device, and what the best remedy is. Overall, happy with my purchase! Was delivered quickly and on time. Highly recommended!
