Good product at a good price. The only issue was the lack of installation information for a Mac. It was a little difficult to go through the steps initially, but worth it in the end.

This is a great Hard Drive. Works as expected with no effort other than plug and play. The Backup software was a welcomed bonus. The Data transfer rates are more than acceptable.

So far it is been working flawlessly. I plugged it into my computer and now it serves as my back up. It's a little big but since I'm not planning on carrying it that is fine.

If you are looking for a simple, and fast hard drive that is compatible with a Mac and PC with a straight forward honest price then this drive is for you. Only issue is some times the hard drive isn't quickly recognized and it comes with a bulky power cord. Great buy at Best Buy

I bought this harddrive for my xbox one. Games seem like they load faster. Paid $90 for this on black friday. So far very happy gonna take a while to fill this drive up.

this is my first external hard drive and I'm pretty pleased with it, does what its supposed to do, have heavily used it for about 2 months and no problems yet, only thing i dislike is that its a tiny bit louder than id like but honesly not loud enough for me to be annoyed

The amount of space that you get for the price is great. It is simple to get things running, my only thing i have noticed is that it does use alot of processing power when you choose to back everything up the second it changes. Even for my intel i7 tower slowed down with this beast.

One of my Hard Drives crashed and I felt very fortunate to get an Email showing great values . This hard drive was not only what I was looking for, it was 60% off. Fantastic!

Haven't had this long but so far so good. I like the automatic backup feature and the interphase software is mor user friendly than the backup that come with Windows10.

The WD drives always work well and are priced very competitively. This is my 5th of the 4TB externals and I use them for data, photo and video storage. Highly recommended!

WD makes great drives. I have 2 others I use daily for watching movies and got this one to back up all my media and personal files. The USB 3.0 interface is superfast too.
