Purchased product for the large amount of memory. The backup program is a plus as it offers continuous file backup. However, I was unable to save a system image for my Windows 7 operating system because the memory size (4 TB) was *TOO BIG"!?!?!? Would still recommend it.

A very good system for backing up files or hard drives. Easy to setup and get started right out of the box. Nice that it has software to setup automatic scheduled backups.

The WD Mybook 4GB external hard drive is very easy to install via a USB 2 or 3 port and it is still works with Windows XP.

Bought it for my Xbox one. Works great. This drive is faster than the internal drive so games load and play smoother.

The MyBook 4GB is big, fast and has given me no trouble in the 9 months I've had it. Plugs easily into our three different desktops and two laptops. I'd by it again.

Not bad bought to expand the storage space for my xbox 1. Decent load times. While I purchase a lot of things from BB this was a lil over priced. 2 days later I found the exact same drive somewhere else.

Purchased this drive because I need a 3.0 USB drive for backups on a new computer. I have owned it for 2 months and it's working fine. Installation was simple. I find all the added software on the drive to be a nuisance. It is nice if you need it but I didn't.

All you do is plug it into the wall and then plug the USB into your PC and you are done. Works great. Fast and easy.

The high capacity (4TB) along with USB 3.0 really fit my needs to store a lot of videos.

This is a great storage drive and is very small and easy to carry with you.

These drives are massive. With USB 3.0 you can even run major video games from them without any lag. I've played Mad Max off of one recently! Very impressive.
