    Price was good for 4 TB, I got it to store pictures, but since the pictures have high resolution, it took a little more than my other external HDs,

    Purchased this on sale to use for backups. Price was very good for a 4TB drive. Build quality is good, and setup was easy. Opted to return it for a drive enclosure that also supports FireWire.

    I was initially looking for an external hard-drive for my Xbox one, and was not sure what to buy. Read some reviews on this, most were positive as far as dealing with Xbox. So I decided to purchase it when it was on sale. It is very easy to set up for the Xbox, and started using it right away.

    Very solid drive and the speed I need for video editing. At first I was concerned since it doesn't show the drive RPM. I've had no issues doing multicam edits (10 cameras and more using proxy media). Transfer speeds are solid with USB3.0 interface. Lots of storage for the price.

    I have 3 of these drives now. 2 of them my backups are done automatically on the network and this one I just run backups once a week. Reason is there is a virus that encrypts your data, even your network drives. So I run the USB drive just to backup and then unplug it when not using it.
