Solid device so far

Plugged it in, reformatted it, and it works fine
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Took this drive out of the box, plugged it in, copied folders on it to another drive (ones existing on the drive out of the box), reformatted it, and then started copying a large number of files to it. It works as expected. Normally, I invest in good quality hard drives with 3-5 year warranties, but I could not find one for the size I needed and price. This one has a 2 year warranty, so I hope it lasts. I have purchased many WD hard drives over the years, and have not had any problems.
