If I had had one negative thing to say it would be about the ac power cord. There are other external hard drives without a power cord then connect via USB directly to your computer. Overall, very happy with my purchase.

Great Hard Drive for Mac

The drive is incredibly simple to install, which is why I keep coming back to WD. As a designer wanting to back up critical files, I have found WD hard drives to be stable and reliable, and have lasted.
