It is very easy installation and easy to access and use. I really love this.

It is a good network storage device , easy to setup and very quick access on the PC environment. Remote access is also a breeze through the software

I am pretty technologically savvy and had some instances where I would say things were not intuitive. I am still trying to figure out why the drive shows up in a Mac desktop but not my macbook. Also still trying to figure out why I can't access shared data from mobile device over WiFi. But outside of these two scenarios I'm satisfied. I switched to this from Seagate 2TB portable drive because it failed after about 2 months. So I am wary of what's to come but hopeful that this will be the solution I can rely on.

Easy to install and easy to use. I can also upload photo from anywhere taken with my phone using the MyCloud app

Great device and UI. I used this for backup of my MacBook Pro and remote access of my files while I'm traveling.

This is great cause now I have access to all my documents, pictures, and music on all my devices anywhere I go.

Product works as advertised. I use this to back up all of my media from movies to computer backups. Easy to set up and use. Interface is great. The ability to stream content from outside of the home to mobile device or laptop is pretty smooth.

The My Cloud drive has been great. Easy to set up and use. It has done everything that I have expected.

Why pay monthly when you can you have your own cloud! App is a bit slow, and you have to activate the app for it to upload when it has been inactive for a while. Usually activate it before I go to bed.

Set up is quick and painless. Always online, no disconnects. So realiable and easy to setup, I bought two.

I bought this drive in order to have a centralized location to store files and be able to access them from multiple computer locations within my home network. Setup was simple, just download the setup file from the WD website and after installing the drive was available, no configuration settings to worry about. I am not using the drive to stream video but accessing and playing my stored music works without any problems for buffering.

Have the WD Live product. The MyCloud was much easier to setup and configure to use with TimeMachine.

I am start using the device, while transferring the data or even streaming the movies, the device stopped working, while the audience lost the flow of the movie streaming.

It's a great product where I can store all my data and not have to worry about losing space on my computer.

I have customers who need real time video storage. Other drives, (who shall herein remain unnamed), fail like bricks falling from the sky! Right now in my office I have three of that other brand that need to go back because the simply could not take the pounding from over 40 cameras storing data all at once. I can put in a WD My Cloud drive, walk away without ever looking back. What a nice feeling! I really like trouble free equipment.

I did buy this for my husband's birthday and and I am very happy for having done. We can store not only pictures, but music as well. We also can have access from our cell phones a Droid and Iphone. I really enjoy using this because we can store a lot of things using more than one user. Tnx for this!!
