Easy to Use and Set Up

Easy to hook up and use

I have sent a email to a family member but have not contacted yet to see how that worked. it is also great for backups of my computer.

It's very slow and limited.

It also plays a very limited number of video formats on its app, which you need to connect to your cloud drive from an outside location. The app is also very limited in what you can do with your mycloud drive.
