    Apparently WD stopped allowing this to work with the app that allows automatic backups between computers. So now I’m struggling to find software that will do that. WD refers you to a program you have to pay for. Maybe drop $100 off the price of this to make that idea more reasonable. The plus side is I can use this across my network from my phone or computer remotely.

    I had this running in 10 minutes. I have only been using it a couple of days so far so good. All 16 devices recognize the storage and read /write to it. I'm the only one using the storage, can't speak to multi users.

    Great product. Works as advertised. Getting set-up with Time Machine is not user friendly. Other than that it's great!!

    Great reviews, great product summary but it would not hook-up to my router so not such a good product. I returned it, without a hassle, so thank you, Best Buy for that.

    If I could give negative stars I would. I paid for a brand new device....the box came opened and clearly used. Seal was broken, and cords were opened. I hooked the device up to my router as directed by the installation guide. Router could not find the device. Called WD customer service who was absolutely NO help. Finally gave up and I am returning.

    Could have been a good drive. WD stopped supporting the cloud functionality and I have lost the ability to map this drive on my local network, See other reviews about this same subject.
