I like it’s compact size. I also like that it’s a hard drive. I also like that I can back up all my stuff. I also like that it’s affordable. I also like that it works with Xbox and PC. I also like that I like it. That is all.

The setup was easy and using the usb 3.0 the backup went very fast. I love the size of the drive, my stuff did not take up much room and I will be able to get many backups on this drive.

So far so good as far as storage. I’ve been taking all my pictures and videos off our old PC and transferring them to a windows ten HP laptop to edit. Problem is could not get this to be recognized From my old dell PC. Tried several things and it was so slow and aggravating. Most likely my PC which I am phasing out. I was able to slowly move everything with a simple USB memory stick to my new HP Laptop fot editing . This Hard drive was very compatible with the HP laptop and was recognized fast. The issue I’m having is that some of the old videos were taken and worked on with different formats. Examples would be roxio and Microsoft Windows. Also some were clips from a 8mm converted so there is some work to be done to make this all happen if at all. Not the Hard drives problem just technology changing and using different formats over the years. Pictures all loaded super fast and some of the videos as well. Time will tell if it will keep them safe. Best bet is if you have the storage keep them back up in two places so you don’t loose everything.

WD external hard drive is easy to use & reliable. When I started having problems with my Toshiba, I thought I'd give the WD a try based on reviews and a customer recommendation at the store. So far, so good. The Geek Squad agent recommended I manually copy & paste folders/files rather than relying on the scheduled automatic backup which became the problem with the Toshiba. It used up 1TB which I knew I didn't have in data...something about it layering and possibly missing data. I reformatted the Toshiba and manually did the copy & paste (or drag & drop) and it showed a ton of memory left over. I now have two backup systems I can count on. Thank you Geek Squad.

The My Passport was easy to install and easy to use. I like the size and I like that it will connect to one of the USB's in car so I can play my audible books or music. Great product.

I purchased WD My Passport 3TB external hard drive to be able store more game data for my PS4 games. This hard drive is easily is compatible to the PS4 system. Now I have plenty of disc space to store game data to all the games that I play.

This is the only brand that I will buy for portable storage. Very easy plug in and store any of my data, pictures, videos, documents or any files. I have purchased WD (Western Digital) products for years now with complete satisfaction.

The Drive is small which is convenient. It’s fast to move big size files in. The space is good enough to store life long photos.

I purchased this for use with work related tasks. It is easy to use and quite compact. I am very satisfied with the performance.

This external hard drive is easy to set up and has performed as expected. It can be set up to transfer files on a schedule (as long as you plug in the hard drive!). I however, can't seem to get my old hard drive by the same company to work. Wondering if you're only allowed to set up one at a time which seems silly. Both were set up by the Geek Squad at my local Best Buy but when I went to do the first download, the old one wouldn't work.
