Great fast drive and got it on discount with the deal of the day

This is my second ssd storage of the same model from WD except I went for a 1tb this time compared to my other 512g. I love these ssd. They are easy to use and fast. I even dropped my other one time and it still works great. If you’re are looking for and extra external ssd for games or anything else, this is a good buy.

I use this for my xbox one as extra storage and loading speed boost. No more loading screen!!! Works great. Transferred Destiny 2 to the drive and have been very happy with it. I recommended to my buddy and he is seeing same great results.

I was originally going to go HDD for price but I knew solid state was faster and more durable. After looking at other reviews and pros/cons, I went with this. Super fast, virtually no setup (there encryption software i haven't used yet), and very compact. So glad I went this route. Definitely recommend!

I assumed this would be about the same size as the non-SSD MyPassport drives, of which I have several. And actually thought this would be a little taller based on the image. To my delight, it's like the size of a credit card, and weighs about as much too. This thing is tiny.

I used this WD passport SSD drive to backup an enormous amount of scanned data. It gets easily detected by my computers and no percieved lag at all. Would be nice if larger capacity drives become available soon and affordable. At this point in time, this is the most cost effective as it gets.

Very easy to set up and use. Plug-n-play. Very fast and responsive action. Multi-plug adapter makes for easy hook-up to phone and computer. I haven't tried hooking it up to the TV yet, but it sounds easy enough. It was worth the money.

Absolutely nothing to dislike! Drive & USB cord comes in at 2 ounces, Smaller than a pack of cigarettes (anybody remember them?) at 5/16" x 1-3/4" x 3-1/2" and USB cord with adapter is 7-3/4" long.

Working with my photographs, I have over 35,000 digital images, is so much faster with this SSD. I recommend it for a primary working and storage drive. I is two portable and a home cloud drive for secure storage should something happen to this drive.

I used to have an original external HD until someone told me abou5 Solid State Drives. A couple buddies had this specific one and recommended it to me. I love it. Transferring large files takes a few minutes vs hours. And it is so lightweight and i dont have to worry about dropping it

We bought this drive mainly to back up old photos from my wife’s dying laptop and our old PC. The SSD read and write speeds are great, even on older USB ports, and the drive is super compact with an excellent casing.

I had to transfer files from a dying laptop and install them on a new one that was being delivered to another location (i.e. away from my normal backup drives). The 1TB SSD WD Passport had the capacity and small footprint that I needed. It came with a USBC to USBC cable and a USBC to USBA3.1 adapter making it versatile for any system. I did not install and test the driver software that would have likely enabled the advertised hardware encryption feature. Nonetheless, this was the perfect solution. I may use it subsequently as an overflow drive for my photos.

Using as Time Machine with MacBook Air. I noticed how much faster it is than the 4-year hard drive it is replacing. I like having the converter for USB-C to USB. Glad I bought it on sale

A small USB drive with a USB type C port comes with a short USB type C cable and adapter for use in standard USB ports. So far works great.

Purchased this Solid State Drive for removing storage from laptop and utilizing additional capacity. The volume of storage by this drive is a great value. No issues operating and it fits on desk neatly.

I used this with my MacBook Pro and the USB-C is perfect for on the go use, It is silent, and super speedy. The only drawback is that it is USB-C which is still a tad slow compared to TB3.

Quick transfer. Really compact. I was surprised how small it was when it arrived. Quite convenient, transportable and holds everything in one place.just hope I don't lose it.

This solid state drive is the awesome companion for my Powerbook. It offers fast backup and is compact in size and takes up very little space in my computer bag. Best Buy price was right as well!!!

Very good and fast. Extremely light weight would recommend. There is an adapter to allow the unit to adapt from USB C to USB 3.1 which can pop apart if you aren’t careful but a great unit.
