    I use this to expand my laptop's capacity as well as serve as a backup solution. Recently, I have been using this portable SSD to edit videos off of. Editing off the drives is demanding and the My Passport breezes through the task. I am able to play 4K video with no buffering off of the drive which is not an easy task, especially if you do it over the network. 256GB is the perfect capacity to use as a swap drive for when I need to edit a video so that is what I use it for. Extremely happy with the speed and the reliability the drive has afforded me.
