This was used to download games on Xbox and it has been great.

I bought this USB and it works really good at the beginning but about three months ago stop working and all my info is almost gone. Got a friend to help me and was able to recover some. Shame something like this can stop working

Worked fine initially. Now will not show up in Windows Explorer, nor will it show up on a fresh install on a different computer.Drivers work; shows up in Device Manager.

I'm so disappointed I have had this for 2 years and had lots of pictures on it and lost all pictures

Even though the package indicated it was, this was not an external ha d drive. After spending lots of time trying to figure out how to use it, and downloading lots of useless stuff on my computer, I could not get it to work!! I returned it! Waste of time and money and probably was the cause of my computer crashing.

Very light portable drive. 2TB with USB 3.0 and 2.0. Could not go wrong !

WD drive crashed after three months. I took every step I could think of to safe guard it and it crashed anyway. If I could give this a no star I would

Something got corrupted and it won't back up my data now! Very disappointed. I'm so annoyed I have to send it back but it's still under warranty. Hope this process goes smoothly.

good harddrive for xbox 1. need more space. so i bought this one. install was easy. no issues with it. i will buy another one for other uses. love the fact that its small and portable.

I've only had this for a week and couple of days. I bought this hard drive specifically for my Xbox One. I was running out of space after 4 games. I didn't realize that 500 GB could be used up so fast. I was shopping around for an external hard drive that would work with my Xbox One and Mac. I've had a Goflex Seagate 1TB External Hard Drive and it only worked for a couple of months, so i decided to looks for a different brand. I've heard a lot of great things about WD plus they have a company warranty for 3 years! Overall I'm happy with my purchase so far, i even ordered another 2TB with my $25 Rewards so i paid $63 for an $129 Hard drive.

Clerks do not know what they are talks no about when it comes to the PlayStation and you might spend a few hounded for no reason.

I bought it to use it with my DVR, it took forever to load an avi file and days to transfer a file to my computer.

In one month stop working. Was very disappointed. Sent to replace to manufacturer.

Warranty and cheaper! Wanted to expand my memory for my Xbox One and was trying to decide between My Passport ultra and My Passport X and didn't realize until I had both in hand that the Ultra has a 3 year warranty and the Passport X only 1 year warranty. And reviews online there wasn't much if any difference so went with he Ultra which was cheaper and two more years of warranty. Don't know why WD would do that.
