Simply plug it in to Xbox One and you are good to go. Much cheaper than the Microsoft one that GameStop was selling

I'm using this with my Xbox one to add some additional storage. So far, the drive has held up well after a few months. I don't really notice any speed difference from loading games on the internal drive vs this external. The drive seems to go to sleep when the Xbox is in power saving mode as I can't feel it spinning when checking it. Overall, I think its a great drive.

Great price on a 2tb drive, small enough to fit just about anywhere and usb 3.0 so transfer rate is fantastic.

Really like the Passport Ultra 2TB external hard drive as it is small and will hold many movies and TV shows.

We looked for a external hard drive with the capacity we needed. The purchase was accelerated when yours truly spilled a partial glass of water on the laptop keyboard. Putting the keyboard in 20#'s of rice worked. We purchased hard drive as we had no external backup The setup was easy and backup process took a few hours as we have numerous pictures and videos. The hard drive is set to backup a few times a week. We love the small size. It works great.

I have used Western Digital portable hard drives for about four years. I started with 1 TB hard drives and now use 2 TB. I use 1 as a main portable and a second as a parallel back-up for each year's work. So far all have worked continuously without problems. I currently have one other WD 2 TB portable as storage for a special project. I do need to get a second one as back-up for it. I will continue to use WD portables.

As a compact 2 TB size external hard drive, the Western Digital is well priced and effective.

Recently bought WD - My Passport Ultra 2TB External USB 3.0/2.0 Portable Hard Drive - Classic Black and the product is working well and I am happy with this.. Worth for the price..

Just plug it in. It's easy to use. The USB 3.0 is very fast.. Western Digital is reliable.

Bought the device and plugged it into my laptop. I then immediately installed the optional security software that was included on the hard drive. I was using the drive within minutes and all my data is automatically encrypted. The encryption is performed by the electronics built into the hard drive and does not require any CPU cycles from my laptop. If I loose the drive, it cannot be read by anyone that finds it.

It is awsome for storing my files that usually slow down my laptop and very user friendly
