This product works perfectly for what I need. Very easy to use. Durable and reliable.

I gave it five starts because so far I haven't had any problems with these drives. I purchase about 10 drives per month for my work and this is the only brand for portables without problems.

I purchased this drive to replace my original drive that was giving me a problem I had done a system backup of my original system, and when my drive started to act up I bought this new one and installed it and did a restore everything came up and all is good now very easy and much faster than my old drive

We use these to record live events and performances - simply put - they can't fail. We have four of these, and with the exception of SSD alternatives, these drives have been totally dependable, though I admit I have spares just in case. If you are using this drive for something less demanding, they are very quiet, run cool, and the case and included cable are very high quality.

Back your stuff up. If you simply right click all your photos and send them to this drive.... and anything else you don't want to loose. No body ever got fired for having too many backups. There are a number of backup programs out there but none better than copying files to an external drive and then verify you can see them. Get 2 and copy them again... don't loose anything.

This product does what it is supposed to do. It offers redundancy for keeping your data backed up, or additional storage if needed. Easy to connect and use.

What more can I say about this drive. It is small and compact making it great for both travel and storage. I use this as a backup drive for my photographs and can tell you that transferring 500GB's of photo was pretty quick. It didn't happen in minutes but it did happen quicker than other drives. This drive allows me to carry it when I travel to keep my laptops drive clear. The only thing I wish it came with was a carrying case like my last WD drive came with to help protect it. Besides that, it is a hard drive and so far has done what it is supposed to do.

This devise provided everything that I needed for my project. It was a good price and small enough to travel with. I would recommend this product.
