Works really well with my old macbook. I have not used it on my pc. Will purchase another for each computer.

Exactly what is was looking for, I use the drive to store movies, games, and extra computer files, it adds 2TB onto the amount of storage you previously had. Its a small external hard drive thats easy to transport and connect to. I would recommend this to anyone looking for more portable storage

It is easy to connect to your computer. The software is already on the drive. My wife used it to transfer all her pictures from her iPhone. She isn't as computer savvy but was able to do it on her own.

I bought this item so I could backup my laptop which I use for everyday things and my desktop which I use for video editing. I have a lot of files I can't bear to lose, so this drive works perfectly for backing them both up with it's enormous amount of space. It works perfectly for my needs.

Perfect hard drive to transfer on any device. You do need to set it up for both programs but fairly easy.

I have dozens of these that I use for my pictures and I digitize my movies to play on my Roku3. The best!!

I purchased this hard drive to use as an external hard drive for my xbox one. It was formatted specifically for my xbox after inserting it and it has done what it is supposed to do: save data. It has not had any issues or problems with holding my games and saved data on it for my xbox and I will say I should have bought the 4 tb hard drive instead of the 2 tb hard drive because i have so many games downloaded on it.

The amount of storage is this little package is amazing. I'm using it to back up two different computers.

Internally these are the same as the "metal edition," however they are about ten dollars cheaper. I've used many of these over the years and have never had one go bad, so if you don't care about appearance, buy this drive as functionality wise, it's identical to the more expensive "metal edition"

I needed a no non-sense external drive for my daughter to back up her notebook PC and this fit the bill.

I bought this hard disk to store my music and pics, and it does what it suppose to do store your stuff...

Great update from my old drive. 2TB should offer plenty of storage space until technology surpasses it.

I was looking for a disk to store my backup files. I didn't want something with power since I'll forget to turn it off and and possibly reduce the life of the unit by leaving it on 24 hours. This storage that feeds off the USB solved that problem. It stores the data and turns off when I turn off my computer. It runs on USB 3.0 so backups quickly as well.

Easy to use, simply plug in and starting backing everything up.

It was highly recommended by others and our IT person that was helping me save files was happy with it.
