      I bought it as a gift for my wife. Honestly the best investment I have ever made. It is fast and it came in her favorite color(blue). If you are looking for a HD with enough space, and fast transfer rate then look no further.

      I bought this to replace a Seagate drive that bit the dust. Although Seagate drives are good,(I still own one) I found out from a computer repair man that WD's are better when using them for frequent travel. So far, so good.

      The Passport worked beautifully right from the start. I use it for a full backup of my computer. Not only was it easy to use but it performed a full backup very quickly in minutes and not in hours as my previous drive.

      I purchased the external hard drive do use on a few different computers ranging from Windows 7 up to Windows 10 to back up photos and files. It was easy to install on all of the computers and made transfering easy.
