Works perfectly without any issues. Needed an expanded storage solution for my Xbox One. It basically plug and play ready after formatting on the Xbox.

Flies loaded much more quickly than stated in the brochure. The expected 24 hours ended up being about 2-1/2 hours. Extremely happy with this product.

WD drive did not backup files after initial USB connection which prompted a call to WD Help line the next day. Apparently this a common occurrence known to WD engineers. My comment was that if this is a problem for WD Customers, then it should be solved.

Too big to fit inside of the PS4. Will work as an external drive. Returned it and got a 2.5" HDD to swap out with the 500gb PS4 internal drive.

Needed a external hard drive to backup my laptop to before it went in to have a new hard drive installed. This one did the job, no problems at all.

This is a great external hard drive thus far. I have used it to back up my three computers. High transfer rates. Works well from the get go.

The 2TB storage size is a nice increase from the 1TB WD drives I've been getting. Although, the rotation speed on this drive 5200 RPM, whereas it is 5400 RPM on all the other external WD drives I have bought. Still, it is a great little drive.

It does what' it's supposed to do. Took a L O N G time- probably all the virus stuff on my computer. I can't really make a valid comment.

Love the western digital hard drives! They do what they say and the fact that they are USB 3.0 is awesome as well! Quick and everything!

I bought 2 of these to use as alternating backup drives for my main PC. Very fast over USB 3.0. Time will tell how reliable they are.

Needed it to download karaoke songs so I have an extra external hard drive is working very well for us I would definitely recommend it.

Big fan of Western Digital and for the price solid external hard drive. got for $81.00 with a $10 gift card, my only disappointment was the color. It looked more on the red side but when i got the unit it was more on the pink side =/

High speed with USB 3.0 interface. Solid external drive for backups, with an appreciably smaler footprint than the old My Book drives.

I have purchased several of these units. The only problem I have experienced was sending it through the xray machine at the airport. On that particular occasion I received prompt customer service. I highly recommend this item.

This he replaced my old wd book hd. I use it for backing up over and it works nice and smoothe. Pc runs faster with this new hd.

Western Digital is the only brand I trust. I bought this for my kids Xbox one for extra storage. It took 30 seconds to install.

I loved this product. I have thousands of pictures of my grandbabies, to many to save on my computer. This was easy and fast.

I use so many of these at work for various servers and just transferring large amounts of data instead of using slow networks.

I always use WD hard drives. The only concern I have which is not brand specific it that they are fragile. Don't drop them!
