      Bought for my son at college to back up his important data for school with limited Network Storage. He can also travel with it to use with his Surface. $89 for 2TB well spent. You can never back up enough

      Like my other WD HDs, this unit works flawlessly. The first thing I do is format it and get all that software off of it and use it as an external drive. No issues, always works and the USB 3.0 is fast.

      peace of mind knowing my files are backed up only complaint is the blue light that flashes. Passport is connected to laptop in our bedroom and we have to put a towel over it at night so we can sleep.
