My Passport Ultra 2TB works great! Perfect for travel!

Drive is adequately functional. Have not tried software yet. Drive is substantially larger than current competitors products. Maybe good or bad, as I don't have comparison data yet for newer slim drives. Have had a 50% failure rate with 2 1/2" notebook drives in enclosed USB drive housings.

this was a simple and easy product to use, no issues with the product. My only reason for four stars is the store experience was terrible. No one knew a thing about storage devices, where they were in the store and had an overall terrible attitude. Made me want to buy on-line from now on.

Have had a Passport External HD before and needed another one for work. This one works perfectly and the color is beautiful. Perfect for anyone needed extra storage space.

Fairly easy to use. A little slow. Huge capacity so can backup two pcs or split and do a formal back-up on one and drag-and-drop select files or directories for quicker access.

This is the second My Passport hard drive I have purchased. Both have performed to excellent standard. I have had no problems with these drives and highly recommend them.

Got this drive when my xboxone internal drive ran out of space. Works exceptionally well with Xbox one. Only complaint Is drive is about $30 dollars to much being $89.

Works fine. I have used it to archive needed files and to transfer folders between my desktop PC and ultra-book laptop. Very fast with USB 3 connection. No issues.

Very happy with the purchase of this external hard drive. I bought it to upsize my One's memory, and it helped speed everything up and is very responsive and fast.

I like to storage capacity but I am a little apprehensive about the way you back up your computer. It is limited on what you can do. I am not a real computer geek but It is not very user friendly for someone who is not.
