Good drive with new/faster USB, nice, and compact. Easy to use, tons of storage, great value.

The drive is extremely compact for the amount of storage it provides. It was very easy to set up and the included backup software was intuitive and also very easy to configure. Have had no problems whatsoever and would definitely recommend this Western Digital product.

I needed to replace my 500 gb portable drive. It has been great for 5 + years, but issues of windows reading files. I wanted a new portable drive, so this one is perfect. I love the silver on one side, black on the other side look. Amazing, a terrabyte! Can't imagine ever filling it! The 500gb psssport held all my photos, and I take tons of photo. The portable drive is also where I added multiple small flash drives. I copied all files to the new Passport 1 TB, and feel confident it will last for my needs.

Compact portable drive that does the job. Saved all my pictures onto my passport and I still have lots of space. I bought a carrying pouch and it easily fits in my purse.

I bought this for my wife's family photo collection. She is currently converting and scanning and digitizing literally hundreds of old family pictures and videos for the rest of the family. Needless to set we need a lot more storage than her pc could provide. This hard drive was extremely easy to set up and the portability of our is a real plus.

This is a great product to storage family pictures. The size of this product is what makes it great. Very small and slim and lots of storage of space. I have to connected to my computer and I can't hardly hear it.

The silver passport is not only sleek-looking, but light as well. It was very easy to install via the USB and the software loaded up perfectly. We now have an automatic backup of all of our important documents.

I bought the first one to replace a 3 1/2" WD backup drive used with a USB docking station. The attraction to this was not only the security software available with most WD drives but the compact and very attractive finish of this drive. Subsequently bought more for each of my family members to do their own backups. Convenient size, arguably more reliable than a multi-bit per cell SSD, casing has an excellent design and finish. Definitely to be recommended.

1TB of storage in a small package for well under $100! Saved all my pics, videos, and movies and carried it with me on vacation. Small size was ideal for travel and on the plane. Great backup for my backup!

Slick looking device with lots of data storage. Obviously the storage is the goal, this works exactly as expected. However the unit is better looking, lighter and sleeker than any previous HD's purchased.

So far so good. I especially like the sleek look and small size. Easy to store or bring with you if needed. Fits in my coat pocket. Hard to believe it's a terabyte of storage because it's so small.

If you're looking for a hard drive this is a nice fit for my Lenovo yoga 3 Pro I love the design only downfall is since its aluminum its a little on the heavy side other than that works great

Was using his to replace a passport I lost years ago. Very simple to use no tricks or extra steps to use . Works seamlessly with the laptop or desktop. Very pleased again with my purchase

This drive works very well and is extremely reliable. I love the speed also. For some reason, most USB 3.0 external hard drives have been very slow on my Mac Mini. This one is very fast.

This little drive is just that, very small. However, with 1TB of storage, this drive is perfect for holding all of my utility programs as well as backing up my clients files.
