This drive was my second option because the 4 terabyte drive was all sold out. This matched my needs just wonderfully.

I purchased the hard drive to take with us on our recent vacation. I knew we would be taking a lot of pictures and videos, so I wanted this drive because of what I read about it. I was disappointed that the drive was hard to use and the battery life wasn't all that good. It may have been me in that I should have tested the hard drive before going on vacation. I still think this is not an easy product to use.

This is a great product . Very impressed with how it works. Share and or upload material through direct connection but more importantly as advertised - Wirelessly . Easy to set up and easy to connect with devices such as iPad or android tablet or phone.

Works great what it’s needed for, Wi-Fi and easily transportable are a bonus.

The case is nicely designed and a bit ruggedized however it is a big "BRICK." If you think about how big a power support is for a Dell or HP laptop - you have the same thing except with a more square vice rectangular configuration. There was not a case within Best Buy that support storing the external HDD. This should only be used for at home or in business building that do not require travel.

I use this to transfer drone footage and the wireless capability is just what I needed. Pricey but found another competitor and best buy price matched the item.

Bought this based off an online review and so far it has worked great for my photography and videography business as a way of doing backups in the field. Wish it did include an SSD instead of a standard hard drive, but no real complaints otherwise.

I've been looking for this camera storage card backup solution forever and this unit has many more features, all of which are very useful for a photographer. The user interface is not intuitive but easy to learn. Extremely good value as well.

We bought this to take on a cruise to upload our GoPro pics. We were able to plug in the memory card and download the days pics and erase the card to take new pics the next day. It worked perfectly! A great purchase.

Very convenient and small out of the way device, but slow upload times.

Good unit but to use it you connect to it and connect it to internet??? Seems odd.

This device was not able to do what I wanted, however, it is still a good device for backup

No problems. Product works as advertised. Used with iPad and iPhones.

Works great however was kind of sketchy when uploading pics with iPhone.

Bought this to use for work on my tablet and phone. Get so far.

1. use the internal storage, SD card or any attached storage to the usb port. 2. Acts as a wireless access point that can grant storage view or not to the network. Easy setup worked great
