Great for NAS

Disappointing, Wrong Description

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the one I received did not match the box or the model number advertised tried to register it on wester digital website, and the site did not recognize the serial number the description did not specify if it was the SMR or CMR model I received the SMR model which has cache of 256 not 64 as advertised ended up returning the hard drive and after 3 interactions with bestbuy still have not refunded the software package that was included with the purchase (i never needed it or used it)
