Safety and Utility from WeatherTech and Best Buy

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Having equipped a number of my 'trucks' (defined by another seasonal field fish biologist as "If you haul all your gear in it from job to job, it's a truck!") from a 1971 IH Scout II to the latest 2009 Toyota Tacoma with WeatherTech floor mats (digital fit is fantastic), this was a worthy addition to the Taco. The cross-braced design of the mount and step are designed to absorb impact energy. I did add a 21" strip of 2" wide red reflective conspicuity tape across the rear of the Bump Step XL. This should come in handy for loading and offloading with the raised platform set up in the bed, working with the raised tailgate, too. I couldn't pass up the sale price with an Open Box discount. (The shorter Bump Step was considered but 'For a Few Dollars More' this was a better deal. Don't mind the spaghetti westerns reference, please.)

Step up Bump Step
