This works as advertised, although individual results may vary. In other words, you still need to have at least 1 solid bar to get a quality boosted signal. For some people, the more powerful version, with a separate antenna that mounts on the roof for much better signal pick-up

Easy to use and it does seem to bring cell signal into our RV

I was very excited about this product due to not having to mount an external antenna outside of my home. From what I read online It would have been able to boost your cell phone signal even if you had one to two bars. In my home I get on average one to two bars, but if I hold my phone just right I could even get three. (My overall ratings were -111 to -113 when I placed my phone into field test) There was no change after setting up the device, I found if I would placed my cell phone right on the unit it went up to four bars. (-93 to -95 in field test) After finding this out I was highly confused so I called tech support thinking that I may have set up the device incorrectly. After contacting tech support, I found out that I did set up my device correctly. They also recommended a much more expensive product due to my situation. They were telling me that this echo system was not the correct system for my home. Unfortunately I'm not able to get that unit due to having to mount an external antenna outside of my home. I was very disappointed in this product overall I would not recommend this to any of my friends or coworkers. Who knows you may have a better luck then I did with this unit only if you have 3 to 4 bars in your home already.

I bought this item today as a gift for my girlfriend since her house has little to no signal. After spending hours adjusting attempting to get item to work and watching YouTube videos. There was absolutely no signal improvement my girlfriend has T-Mobile and I have ATT the same 2 bars of signal, the same drop in coverage no improvement :(

My below review details some of the trials I had with this unit. It turns out that the booster was broken and did not need an external antenna. This booster now works flawlessly in my home. I can use it in any window. My first review stated that it would not boost LTE on sprint band 26. That is what I was told by customer service. However, my wifi air card has full bars of LTE when the unit is on. When the unit is off I get no LTE. So in my case it does boost band 26 and does so very well. It also boost my Verizon signal on my iPhone as well. I am now a very satisfied customer of the WeBoost EQO. The customer service at WeBoost is second to none. They worked with me until this system performed. They sent me a new booster and the outside antenna at no cost to me during the troubleshooting stages. I wish that all companies were as customer oriented as WeBoost. For those who have had trouble, I recommend working with this company and not giving up. The end result is well worth it.

The product seems to be designed well however it was not useful for me in the least. I typically get 1-2 bars and got pretty much the same with the product I would not recommend purchasing it.

It is junk and don't work, so don't buy it, and the most important, bring it back before 14 day or you won't get your money back take my work it

Bought this for our lake house where we had very limited cell service. Had one bar with ATT and had to stand at a window. Could only send and receive txt. Set the Booster at the window and receiver on the other side of the room. Only negative is you do need to find a way to hide the wire. As long as you can get the two units 10 - 15 feet apart it will work. Even if it is on the same wall. Worked for me. We now get 3 sometimes 4 bars. Can make calls and use all social media, Only works in one room!!!
