I changed from Kaspersky to Webroot recently. Geek Squad did the installation remotely. I also have this on my smartphone. I have not had any problems with either my laptop or smartphone.

I installed this internet security two weeks ago. So far it’s working great. Haven’t had any issues or delays. Quick and simple to installl, very easy for anyone who is not very computer savvy, like me!!

I've been using Kaspersky for years and switched to Webroot due to the uncertainty of its future. So far, Webroot is so less demanding of my computer that it almost feels like it's not installed.

These are my first few months with Webroot- what I selected when my Kaspersky subscription expired. My selection was based on mainstream research I did, and was pleasantly surprised that it was the program Best Buy was offering in lieu of Kaspersky. I’ve been ‘under attack’ once, and Webroot blacked the screen for about 2 seconds, then prduced a message and options on my response. I’m happy with it so far!

Purchased this at the recommendation of the Geek Squad Rep., as my Kaspersky Protection was expiring. So far, so good & this seems a lot less invasive than Kaspersky, as there is not much that I need to do in terms of updates or downloads. Seems very easy to use & provides good protection.

I was concerned about giving up another Brand of Security Software that I had used for years and was familiar with, for a new software which I was unfamiliar with. I expected to face a learning curve. Nevertheless, I took the plunge and now am very pleased with Webroot. It has a lighter load, and is very intuitive and unobtrusive. Easy to use from the start-go!

I Trust Best Buy and the Geek Squad, and their recent recommendation to replace Kaspersky was taken seriously. There were two brands recommended, but this product was rated the better by the Geek Squad Rep I talked with. It is working well with no problems. Easy installation. As my title says, Trusted Recommendation, was the reason I went with this product.
