I was using Kapertsky and BB was not supporting them it was recommended I change. On the recommendation of BB I selected Webroot. This program only works with Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, & Safari. I use Microsoft Edge. Edge works best for me however, had to change my default to Chrome. I have had a lot of trouble with the Password Manager. Geek Squad could not help me. I finally figured out on my own. Recommendation research on your own and do not go by recommendations given by Best Buy only. All in all I am at fault for not researching. It is working okay for me now since I finally figured it out. The reason I selected Yes for recommending is because it might be a great security system for you but just gave me a lot of problems.

I like this security software better than Kaspersky. The fact thst it stays in the background doing it's job is Great! I don't have to mess with it and I know I'm protected. I really like that. The Geek Squad remotely downloaded it and got it up and running for me. She did an excellent job. Thank you.

I SWTICHED FROM NORTON TO WEBROOT AND I AM NOW A LOYAL CUSTOMER. IT DOES EVERYTHING IT CLAIMS TO (AT MUCH CHEAPER PRICE THAN NORTON) AND I FEEL MY COMPUTERS ARE AS PROTECTED AS THEY ARE GOING TO GET WITH WEBROOT.

Simple and essential!! This product does what it suppose to do like most other similar antivirus. But this one goes one step further, providing a simple ui, scans fast, and light on cpu resources.

I have used Webroot for a couple of years now. Easy to use and am happy with the fact that not only have I had no issues, but it doesn't seem to impact my processing or internet speeds.

I needed to replace my security software - Kapersky - and the Best Buy Geek Squad recommended this as one of two of the best. It has worked great and I've had no problems with it. Glad it is protecting me.

I depend on the geeksquad for my computer security and they told me this is what I needed to add so that is what i di- No virus or other issues since it was installed.

I renew geek squad because its a great value. Three devices and internet security protection is worth it especially in this age of digital age of id theft, malware hijack and ransomware. It pays for itself in one visit.

This is a function that you should never have to be aware of, and it mostly just does its job. Unfortunately, there do seem to be some kinds of malware that can escape from Webroot, but I don't understand why.

Great security software for up to 3 devices. Used Kapersky in the past but Best buy doesn't support it anymore. Switched to Webroot after reading reviews.

We had to replace Kaspersky anti-virus so we chose Webroot. We haven't had any major problems so far so I guess Webroot is doing it's job. The Best Buy team was great!

When we had Geek Squad come in to set up our computer this was higly recommened to us. And so glad we took it. Since we had it installed we have heard only the best comments from others regaurding Web Root

GEEK SQUAD Wss great couldn't have done it myself, tech challanged, & they were very patient, Replaced Mcafee on my lap top even though I had life time cuz always had problens with it & it's already running better

I switched to Webroot after reviewing the new products offered by Best Buy. The only negative I have is that McAfee was tied into it and keeps trying to sell me software. Webroot itself is protecting my system well.

Like the fact it is web based so it takes up little to no room on the system. Was easy to install (thanks Geeks Squad..lol) and seems to be working great on automatic updates.

I stated using webroot at the Geej Squad’s recommendation. It is much better than Kapersky. When hackers try to penetrate, webroot keeps them out. Great system and reasonably priced

I love Webroot and use it to protect all my devices. I have be using Webroot for five+ years and have not been disappointed. I highly recommend it.

Webroot interface is better than Kaspersky, as it is much simpler, and at app vs web. Does it work better? Depends which lie you want to believe. Who knows anymore. Totally four stars for being not Norton.

It is helpful to have Best Buy supervising the choices of internet security and we were pleased to switch to WebRoot when that was recommended.

I’ve had no issues with this product, however I just wish that it had the webcam block feature which Kaspersky did have, I didn’t have a choice but to switch over when Best Buy stopped carrying Kaspersky
