It took a lengthy time for me to make a decision to change from McAffee to the new product. The sales person took his time to explain the pros and cons of the different web protectors. Based upon the information that I received from the sales person, I purchased the product.

After doing reviews of PC security and talking with associates in the store, this was the best option and provided the best bang for the buck in regards to length of time and cost. Would definitely purchase this for all my new computers moving forward.

Since purchasing this product I have not had any single problems with computer running slow, or restarting on its own. My kids would go to a web page and it would immediately stop them from continuing. I would recommend this to anyone who is planning on keeping their computer safe.

Well not much to say other than I always buy this protection for my computer and i never have been hacked or anything while using this protection for the two years that i have had this computer. So i am happy with this brand and this product. Thanks best buy

I bought this software a while back now, I had Kaspersky beforehand. I was a little nervous to switch to something new, but after the whole situation with Kaspersky, I didn't have much choice. Thankfully I have had no regrets as Webroot works great. It lets me know when there are threats on my laptop and quickly helps me to remove them. Because of it, my laptop remains safe and I love it. I will continue to get Webroot for my laptops/computers in the future.

I have owned webroot security since i bought my laptop and i never have problems. 4 years later i have never had a virus.

Was used to Kasperky -- but BestBuy doesn't sell it anymore. Was not sure what to buy. With the help of a sales assoc. I bought this Webroot Internet Security Plus for 2 years. Glad I did. Easy to install and learn to use. PLUS, it comes with an installation CD to download vs. going to the website to download! I still prefer CD's -- but then I'm probably giving my 'age' away!

This virus protection is just as good as the more expensive ones.not 1 problem yet and it's been months

The young man in the store suggested this item and I have been very pleased, I don't know as much as I would like about virus protection but I believe it was a great product for the cost and it is not taking up lots of storage.

I have usually used Kaspersky( I think that's how it's spelled) but only because it has been given to me in promotions/deals. I went to Best Buy thinking that I was going to get the same thing. I did a little research online, since I was overwhelmed by all the anti-viruses.....& their price. Webroot was one of the top ones and for the price I was sold. Super easy to install and so far my computer has been virus free and I feel safe using the internet.

Have had it in my computer for 1 week now and I noticed Webroot had taken my screensaver off. That tells me it is doing a cleaning which is good.

I've have had Norton for years, but WEBROOT has become my favorite ! My computer setups faster and the internet has less interruption, due to internet security questions and parameters.

Overall the software was easy to install but the product wasn't what I expected mainly because of my lack of familiarity with all needed requirements

Easy to install. Seems to be performing in the way it was meant to work.
