Been an Alice Cooper fan for awhile now, there have been several documentaries about Alice, the band and the man in the past, but this one if one of the more interesting ones. For the most part the documentary is about Alice Cooper the man. It talks about the band, but for most part it's about how Vince Fournier became a man named Alice. Done with animations and voice overs it contains rare footage and clips. It also digs a bit deeper into his decline in the late 70's, previous docs seem to have glossed over this point. A fun doc for long time fans, and a great intro for new ones.

Great documentary on Alice. I've seen a few and this is the best I've seen. If you like this you'll LOVE "Supermensch- The legend of Shep Gordon." It is basically another Alice Cooper documentary. A little different spin on things, but both are very well done.

So much ground to cover in under 90 minutes

This seems to be an offshoot of VH1's "Metal: Evolution," one of the few non-reality/tabloid programs left on that channel. Fans of that show (like me) will enjoy "Super Duper...", but, in the latter, there is less about music itself. The focus is more biographical, exploring the "Alice" stage character as a real-life Jekyll & Hyde. I was hoping to learn more about Cooper classics that get little or no radio play: "Desperado," "Billion Dollar Babies," "Dead Babies," etc. But you can only do so much in 90 minutes, even while the film chooses to conclude in the mid-Eighties.

As an Alice Cooper Fan, my opinion may be jaded, however this is an awesome bio pic of one of the greatest musical performers and a most impressive stage presence ever to be on any stage. this movie captures aspects of Alice Cooper's never known, yet eludes to so much more. Worth the money at any price!

Truly amazing to see the story of Alice Cooper, who's much more than just the on-stage persona. Great performance footage!

This us a really great documentary. It is similar to a special on vh1 or something like that. I would recommend it to alice cooper fans. The only complaint I have would be that I would have liked it to go a bit more in depth especially on the later 80s era and albums . So much more that could've have been said .

Very Enjoyable. Tried to get a Blu-Ray copy but it did not work, so I opted for a regular DVD copy and it worked just fine. I know Alice Cooper fans will really get a good insight of Alice if they don't already know his true background.
