Purchase this new tv over bestbuy website and got it the next day pick up. Pickup service was quick, got home and open it up. Tv came out well presented hooked it up quick and was running well. No issues at all. Good screen quality. Will buy again. We need more good sales and deals bestbuy.

This tv doesnt like staying connected to the internet. Its very slow turning on. You get what you pay for.

Bought this for my son who is a freshman in college. It was easy to set up. He has enjoyed being able to play XBox and stream Netflix. The size is perfect for his dorm room.

Bought the tv for a good price. It quickly starts up and connects to the internet. I enjoy the tv, but not the remote, which is lacking any numeric buttons to jump to a specific channel. I assumed this would be standard on any tv remote. This is my major drawback to the tv. It only has up/down keys, enter, and is only linked to Vudu, YouTube and Netflix.

Was searching for a tv for my home gym, need something that was small and compact. I really like the fact it's a smart TV, now I can watch tv and workout at the same time.

We got this for the kitchen and its absolutely perfect. I haven't had any issues, wifi works well, remote is very basic, no numbers just up and down channel and volume.....

This was a great choice for my breakfast room. The price was right and getting a smart TV was definitely a plus. The picture is just as good as my larger televisions.

I purchased this for my 9 year old daughter. She likes that it has YouTube pre-installed so she can watch her Shopkins videos.

I bought this tv for my toddler. Very easy set up. My issue is after playing awhile the picture sometimes goes out and I have to turn tv off, then on again. It's very light and was easy to install on a wall bracket by myself. I don't know if I would buy this brand again

I have been using the TV for 2 months. I purchased it to connect with Internet and use it with Netflix and YouTube and it works pretty fine with both applications. It could be better if a small browser is included in order to navigate through internet. I had a small issue to connect it to an hp notebook to use it as a monitor.

This is a great size for a small area. Some of picture is cut off, especially when watching sports. Wish there were numbers on the remote. We have to click up or down to move to different channels. Also, have tried to change aspect ratio, but unsuccessful.

Purchased a 24 inch for my daughters college room, but clarity was not there. Returned to BestBuy, Customer Service Rep did return and new purchase for me under 10 minutes and personally retrieved new TV. Great quality and internet access.

This TV was purchased for my son's room. He is really into smart TVs and technology and this was a good fit for him. The remote control is a little too advanced and hard to understand, and the television main menu screen has a confusing layout but overall he is able to get what he needs at for the next year or so.

Very good TV for the price. The picture is good. The only thing I don't like? I can't find the Mute button.
