I posted a longer review but Best Buy hasn't seen fit to post it yet. Despite the title and description, this TV does not support HDR. Period. Doesn't support it in the Netflix app and doesn't support it over HDMI. One picture shows the TV hooked up to my PS4 Pro where it accepts all HDMI 2 options except HDR. The other picture shows this TV on the bottom failing to show HDR in the netflix app while the top TV shows HDR for the same show. Also, I see a lot of color gradients on this screen that I don't see on my other 4k TVs. This makes me think the panel has 6 bits per color rather than 8, let alone the 10 it needs to display HDR properly. And the sound is terrible. It's muddy and distorted even at moderate levels. I gave it 2 stars because it displays a non-HDR 4k picture and has low input lag. Overall, it's suitable for the guest bedroom, kids' playroom, or garage.

I bought this tv hoping to better the smart experience with a roku premiere 4K, which I also bought at BB. Turns out the roku requires hdmi 2.2. This unit only has hdmi 1.4 & 2.0, so my roku is too advanced for this unit. This particular model also has the peculiarity that it often gets stuck and won't work again til you disconnect and reconnect.Just in case I also bought the geek squad warranty which I figured would help me in case there were issues. So tv works fine with antenna but the smart part only gives me Netflix, YouTube & Pandora. A couple of days after the 15 day return period customer service would not accept an exchange and upgrade to a more expensive model. I'm very disappointed with BB after so long a customer, so little consideration.

Has a nice picture and sound is decent for the size. Not very smart though. Only has a few apps. I'd suggest a roku tv

The item description stated the TV was HDR but neither the box or the manual states the TV is HDR. When connected to an HDR capable blu ray player, it indicated the TV did not support HDR. Would I buy for a primary TV, no. I will keep it on my desk and play day in and day out blu ray's. The price I paid was very low on sale but I did wish it had HDR as advertised. Only two stars due to lack of HDR and not as advertised.

The picture is great, I couldn't be happier with it but there's no buttons on the tv so if I lose the remote I can't watch television. Furthermore, either I'm to dumb to figure out how to put amazon prime on the tv, or the tv is not capable of it. It probably only allows you to use the apps that it came with. But like I said before... I could be wrong and I'm not smart enough to figure it out.

Not impressed with the operating system Muse. Do not like the fact that apps cannot be added. There have been times where the TV will make a loud buzzing sound that does not stop for 5 to 10 seconds after the TV has been turned off.

Purchase the unit due to the price and resolution offered for what we needed. My wife works from home sometimes and views large Excel files and was considering a dual monitor setup but the price and screen quality wasn't worth it. Found this unit on sale and it serves it's purpose. Great for productivity due to the resolution and ease on the eyes due to it's resolution. DO NOT use for media and/or editing of video and photography. The yellows look like mustard and the calibration options are low. Save the money to purchase a 27" or 32" 4k curved unit for computer usage. If the latter doesn't matter, great value for productivity and 2nd bedroom TV for visitors or kids.

I bought this TV because my Dad has a Westinghouse.... TV is lightweight, easy to install, but the functionality of the smart software leaves much to be desired. Intermittent wireless connectivity issues forcing you to pick up your remote and cancel or reconnect to wireless... different HDMI ports have different resolution values.... next time, it's a SONY for me!

If you lose the remote your in trouble but other than that good pictures.

Have had this tv for about 3 months. I am experiencing flicker and intermitent signal loss while watching high resolution including 4k video. Prior to this month mainly used for security system vga option. Lower resolution rarely has issues

The specs were good and the price was excellent. Bought it intended as a gift but had to return it out of fear. The reviews on reliability are poor for Westinghouse TV's. I could not risk a gift that fails in 2 weeks, but I would have kept it to try if I needed a TV.

Clearly dropped during shipping and when I discussed with Best Buy, I had to take it to a store for replacement. Guess what, they had no others in the Atlanta area, so I had to pay extra for a different model since it was a gift for someone.

I bought this smart tv for my son so o can eliminate cable. I was only given s few choices for apps. I had to buy a fire stick so he can have a popular app that the tv wouldn’t let him get. Disney. Very disappointed

Had this tv for about 5 months and it randomly freezes and u can’t turn it off. You have to get up and unplug it to reset the tv and loses internet connection often

The picture quality is poor. People faces are faded and no adjustments can correct the poor picture color quality.

If your looking for a big screen for a good price, this is a great deal. However if your looking for picture quality, the 4k sucks.

This tv seemed like a great deal at first..but after I took it home I realized it was not worth it. The HD is non existent. Sound is weak. I returned it.

It was a good deal but the speakers are not that great on the TV and the controller stopped working

I got a great TV with disconnected sales record for installation/removal service. Then the charges were not clear/completed at one time.

Had tv less than 30 days and one night heard a loud pop and it wouldn’t even turn off at the tv. It blew!
