My tv has an excellent picture, and I love watching shows and movies on the big screen. However, I am still trying to find out if and how I can add apps to the TV, since the instructions are not very helpful.

The picture was hazy. When the screen was black you could see several light spots coming through. The sound quality was horrible. We ended up returning the tv after having it for a week because we were so dissatisfied.

Very happy with this purchase. The picture is good once the settings are played around with a bit. And the speakers on this tv is much louder than my last vizio tv. The only reason I didn’t rate this a five is due to the limitations of not being able to add applications. But overall very happy with this tv for the money.

I really like my TV. I got a good deal online. The picture is good. Its easy to hookup other devises to it for viewing like a laptop or DVD player and surround sound speakers. Although it could have more features as far as setup options.

I’ve had this TV for a few months now & absolutely no issues, great sound & picture. Kinda limited on available apps but for a smart TV & cost I have no complaints

This tv has a great picture and is easy to use. Our only complaint is that it is a basic smart tv which we didn't realize until after we purchased and installed. It has limited apps and not all features that most smart tv are available.

We bought this in November online from BestBuy. Waited until now, April, to review it. We still love it. After owning a 40" Westinghouse 1080p TV since 2014 with NO problems ever, we decided to move it to bedroom and buy this new large 55" Westinghosue 4K for our family room. This set has a brillaint sharp picture with uniform color. No dark areas or hot spots. We use it with a Roku Ultra and BlueRay DVD and Sony home theater. The remote is well organized. This set is excellent for the money. You need to know how to set it up however. I have seen friends running standard def into a 1080p TV with of course a crummy picture. They wonder why. For example, the source such as a Roku must be set for 4K. Also turn down or turn off "enhancements" such as noise reduction. As with most flat screen TVs today, sound is so-so at best. No room in thin cabinets for large speakers. If you want 4K picture quality you should also buy a soundbar or home theater with subwoofer for great sound. In brief, this is an excellent set for the money. We are very happy with it after 5 months now.

It's a good television with a great picture. The TV is very light in weight and easy to handle.

We bought this tv as a Black Friday deal and now we’re stuck with it. Yes, the video quality is just what we wanted, but unfortunately for us we should’ve checked every feature before the exchange period was over. The app selection that comes with the tv is not good. Netflix is the only streaming app that we actually use that comes with the tv and you’re unable to download anymore. We, unfortunately, found out that the HDMI port is faulty after the fact. It plays the sounds from our PS4 just fine, however, when it comes to any voices from video games or other streaming apps used through the PS4 the voices seem to be at a minuscule level while the sound effects and music all seem to be at a normal level. Very disappointing for a 4K tv, and now we’re stuck with it. At least Netflix works alright.

We purchased this tv and the picture amd price are great, our other smart tv (different brand) is able to add applications, this tv is not. You can only use the ones shown on the box. We had hoped to be able to get rid of our apple tv, but now we just got a larger tv and better picture.

Needed a TV for a gift and this one was perfect. The price was beyond reasonable and the picture is better than I expected. I would recommend it.

I need a new TV and I want the 55 in inch which was a great deal to begin with having the high definition is a plus. I've had it two weeks and love watching baseball.

Was worried that there would be something wrong because of all the reviews and the prices. It is fantastic. Would be a 5 star but sound needed a theatre system attached

I haven't had the chance to figure out all the capabilities, but of what I have I am very pleased. It certainly beats the previous TV which did not even last 2 months.

This TV was a gift for my father he said it worked great he loved it he’s kind of blind and he’s kind of deaf but he liked the TV

Good product with good cost. TV picture quality is within the expected range of the acquired configuration. Its remote control is simple and fulfills its function well.

Simple tv that gets the job done. Not too expensive and has a good picture.

I have 3 westinghouse tvs now and will buy again . Picture is better and price is cheaper than my last one . Looks great good color all the inputs and audio needed for a great tv. Tuner works good for antenna

I had no problems with this tv. Screen is beautiful, no damages, great price for a 55in.

We really love our new Westinghouse - 55" Class - LED - 2160p - Smart - 4K UHD TV. This is our first 4K Television and i can't believe how clear the picture is, Would definitely buy again. Very pleased with this purchase
