Even though the information on this TV said was a Smart TV, it was not. I would not even connect to the internet.

Price was great but quality was horrible. Ended up returning.

I bought this TV because it was 6 inches bigger than the 49 inch TV I was looking at for the same price. Brought it home and got it set up, and there were display issues right off the bat. The TV had pixel line breaks that showed blue when I had everything in HDR settings cranked to max. Turned those off, but while I was streaming a show in 4K mode, the TV started stuttering. I turned off 4K mode thinking it was still an ok deal for a 1080P TV this size. When I did that, I noticed that the TV had very bad back light bleeding around the edges and especially in the corners. On top of that, this TV is listed deceptively when it comes to refresh rate. The listing claims it is 120hz, but that is only available on the coaxial cable. Every other input maxes out at 60hz. I'll be taking this back to either get the 49 inch I had originally planned to get, or sacrifice a few inches in size to go with a more reliable brand. This TV is the definition of you get what you pay for, and not in a good way.

I was skeptical based on other reviews that I saw. The 4K quality is pretty good(I would not know if it wasn't, same with HDR). Sound is not that good, but acceptable. It is behaving weirdly with my Visio sound bar, but that could just be me. Feet are spaced far apart(42"). Otherwise it is a great device, and I will buy more, especially at this price.

If you are looking for the bare minimum in a "smart" 4K tv this is for you. I really, really wished I would have looked at the reviews before purchasing. It's a nice size tv for a small apt & the picture is okay. The biggest disappointment I had was the tv apps. There are only 7 & you cannot edit them. It includes Netflix, Youtube, Vudu, Pandora, Accuweather, Facebook, & Twitter. Are there really people that access social media on their tv? I think BestBuy should include specifically which apps are included or make the brand/manufacturer include it & if you can edit them. How do you not have Hulu?

If I could rate this tv lower then 1 star I would. Having issues like some of the other reviewers with the lines on the screen. Poor picture quality. Only few apps. But worst of all is that I contacted Westinghouse to see what could be done about it. They responded that they couldn't see my purchase. I sent them a pic of the back of my tv with the serial num and model. Also told them the issues... still haven't heard back from them even after following up a few times. Don't waste your money spend a little more for better quality.

The TV has major flickering issues when playing 4K content, even from youtube, I see white horizontal lines when playing 4K. will be returning the TV. Other thoughts - I know the TV is cheap, and i dont expect a mind blowing things here, but here is why its cheap. Sound is horrible, and picture quality is very poor

Tv makes humming noise when volume is down. When watching a HDR movie pic gets very dark. Have to change the picture mode every time to fix.

If you want a tv that will last more than a year, do not buy this! At one year the screen started going out - there was a white spot that began in the lower corner and got larger. Then the picture started striping. Neither best buy or the manufacturer were willing to do anything to help since it was just over a year from my purchase date. Spend a little more money for a better brand/quality because this was not worth the hassle and money wasted. If you do buy this, definitely go with an extended protection plan.
