TV shows well and don't take up a lot of space i recommend.Its a good product

This TV is complete. Good size. Good color. Comes with more than I thought. Is the best for the price, half price than the other ones. Just Exelent.

This is a well made TV don't let the price fool you in fact it is better made than most TV's at four times the price, Also don't believe some of the negative Fake reviews because I read them all and not one was true. The first thing you will notice about this TV is the weight of it mainly because it is not made of cheap plastic and has a aluminum frame also the stand legs are made of metal too. In some fake reviews I read the sound was bad that is not the case in fact this set tends to blare you out it is that loud. One thing you will need is a fast modem to run the smart features but I upgraded mine and have had no problems whatsoever

We got this tv for a great deal on green Monday and we couldn't be happier with the product. The quality was great and the delivery people were unbelievably helpful. It you want a cheap big 4K tv this is the way to go.

A combination of current tech (4K, Smart TV), in a large size 55" screen. The price is dramatically better than for any device with similar features.

For the price, I love this television. The picture is clear and the features are awesome! It is user friendly and just the right size.

This Westinghouse 4k tv has a great picture. It looks like you can walk right into it. Why spend hundreds more for the same thing with a different brand. I could not be happier.

Beautiful picture. Needs a web browser and the ability to install additional apps. Pre-installed app selection is pretty lame Also, price drop $130 just past the date to adjust doesn't make me happy.

I was so surprised when I hooked up this TV. The picture is fantastic. It also has great features. I never imagined that I could get this good a TV for that price. Even my wife (who doesn't really care) said to me that this has the best picture of any TV she has seen. It really shows depth when watching it. Its almost like everything is in 3D!!

Based on other reviews I bought this TV for my mother when she moved into an assisted living facility. She really didn't need the "Smart" capabilities but the price was right for a 55" and we figured the better resolution would be good for her 84 year old eyes. Best Buy delivered it for her and I showed up the next day to hook it up. The process was relatively straight forward up to the point that I attached it to the facilities cable and started it through the process to find the channels. Hmmm. No channels. So I re-attached her old "Non-Smart" LG 26" TV and had it search for channels. It found 120. That's when I noticed that it had made a pass through ATV channels (none found) but then made a pass through DTV where it found all the channels. I reattached the new TV and realized that it was only scanning for ATV (analog) channels, not digital. Their support line confirmed that their smart TV was only smart enough to scan for the oldest cable technology on the planet. Back in the box and back to Best Buy. I can't give it a more than a two star rating (for the price) because I never saw anything but the setup screens, which DID look nice. Unfortunately I didn't notice any of the other reviews mentioning the tuner only supporting analog cable. Best Buy was great though and swapped it out for one of their Insignia 55" non-smart models that found all the channels just fine. Andy Griffith and Bonanza re-runs look great on it!

Worked fine for about 6 days. Speakers are in the front which makes for one of the best sounding tvs I've had in a long time. Unfortunately after only having it for a week, it started blowing pixels, first one and that spread to three. The tv came with instructions to contact Westinghouse with issues and a large flyer saying Do NOT return to the store. So we called the company and they were going to charge us over $200 to ship the tv back to them for a return and replacement. Absolutely ridiculous. Called Best Buy after that and even though I'd bought the 5 year Geek Squad warranty, they said three pixels was not enough to claim and repair and since it's such a new tv, one week old at this point, it likely would continue to have issues so to just return to the store and get a full refund. That is what we did. I ended up getting a Sony that had a better app selection for a couple hundred dollars more that works flawlessly with zero pixel issues. The one plus with Westinghouse was the affordability of the extended Geek Squad warranty, being an obscure off brand, I paid over double for the Geek Squad Sony one. I've had such bad luck with tv's in the past though that it is an absolute must have when I purchase one now. Overall, it was a cost effective purchase but I believe the product quality to be subpar. Maybe I got a lemon and the rest of the tv's are decent but the poor customer service and lack of accountability offered from the manufacturer was reason enough for me to not replace this purchase with another Westinghouse.

Could not program on or off remote would not work but for the first 3 seconds then freeze up.Manual buttons did not work at all on the side .But shows great picture.

Westinghouse left a lot to be desired when they left out the external speaker option. The internal speakers are NOT at all tolerable, so tinny it is unbearable to listen to. A few pennies more & they could have included a simple switch & 2 RCA jacks so external speakers could be connected --which I did -- but not too many people are capable of doing that -- I am an Electronics Engineer, so it only took an hour to do. The sound & picture are now very acceptable.

Beautiful tv for the price. Easy to use SMART function, once connected to the Internet. Great picture quality, especially for the price...very pleased!
