This tv has been for the most part great, good screen, only thing I have had twice happen is that the tv froze from applications. I would buy this tv again if I get it at the right price.

This TV was on a good deal when purchases and it fits perfectly into the living room and the slimness of the tv is also a major plus.

The resolution is outstanding, and haven't had any problems with it. Love that it is a smart tv and I can watch Netflix on it.

I purchased two of these TVs and have not had any issues with them.

Can not be beat for the money. Have not had any issues. Set up was simple and quick. The picture is just amazing

Works great. Awesome picture. Sound sucks but I got external speakers so that fixes that. Great TV for $350.

I had this tv 8 months ago,sound is not good quality, smart tv features hanging some times and show just black screen with sound, remote control stop working after some months and when i contact with westing house cusomer service they told me they are sad to hear that and we cant do anything for you,order new one online some where and remote not under warranty, (tv cant work without remote btw),at least iam very disappointed with customer service and the quality of this tv.

Best 55" tv you can get for the price. Don't waste your money on big brands, this tv is just as good!

I like everything about it except the sound. I'm used to having the sound have numbers as you turn it up and down and this doesn't.

I'd give the TV 3 1/2 stars if able, but since it is the holiday season, will bump it up to four. Some of the critic reviews are spot on. It does take what feels like an eternity ( 7-10 seconds # for the tv to turn on once you hit the remote's power button. First world problem, I know. What are you going to do w/ yourself for seven seconds...? The two base V legs being so wide out is kind of weird, but it works on our entertainment center #I did not wall mount mine). The reviews about the sound being terrible - spot on. The sound quality is beyond bad. This is a $700 TV currently on sale for $550. Best Buy is sometimes giving out 10% off coupons #I used one on this purchase and it took it down to $495#. I used the money I saved to purchase a LG 2.1 soundbar #normally $250, on sale now for $150 #which I also used a 10% off on to knock it down to $135#). So $495 for a 55" 4k TV and $135 for a great soundbar has me at $630. An FYI though- you can't use two 10% off coupons in the same purchase. The sound bar is juuuust low enough so that the remote sensor has a direct line of site for the TV. All in all, for $630... I am extremely satisfied with the two #TV and LG sound bar# combined. I stream through Amazon fire tv and the quality is excellent. All parentheses have been formatted to #. I'm not illiterate or on a hashtag binge.

The t.v. is a great price, however there is a slight delay when turning on/off. The picture quality is ok, I was expecting a clearer, crisper picture based on the LED 2160p

No way was this TV a real wifi. It didn't even allow you to go to wifi. This TV only let U go to it's 4 apps. Not a smart TV. Not everything they said it was.

As of 12/1/15 this was by far the best 4K 55" TV for the price. Can't give it 5 stars because it's not in Logitech's database, so programming my existing universal remote was a chore. Also, using the provided remote, there is sometimes no response to button presses. 4K upscaling looks good when the source is 1080i, but it emphasized the fuzzy look of lower resolution sources, such as the archive footage sports programs are so find of. SMART works well with my A/V unit and blu-ray player. The display goes to black for several seconds when I am playing a recording from the Tivo Bolt and hit FF or REW. Still troubleshooting whether this is caused by the TV, the Tivo, the A/V unit, or SMART. One other thing which earns it less than 5 stars is the stand. Instead of a centered stand which fits on a built-for-55" cabinet, the stand is a pair of V-shaped objects which attach to the right and left bottom edges, requiring a 4" wider cabinet top. Not an issue for those of you using a wall mount.

TV sound is terrible, but I bought a sound bar and now it's perfect. Bought it for under $450. Well worth it. But you must get a sound bar
