    We bought this TV in the beginning of 2015 and only lasted us until the summer of 2017. We do not recommend anyone to purchase this brand.

    after awhile power does not work, you need to unplug to turn off, apps get stuck when you switch from one to another, hdmi ports get stuck you need to unplug cables constantly, warranty is bad you need to ship at your cost to california for them to replace with same tv, shipping is more than tv.

    Ive had this TV for less than a year so it's still under warranty and all of a sudden my tv display has something wrong, it just shows lines vertically on the screen but the sound will still play. Well, nothing against Best Buy but the Westinghouse support is HORRIBLE. First, they barely speak English so you can't understand them so they tell you to email them instead. I've spent over a month going back and forth trying to get this resolved..they finally came back to tell me to take the 55" tv to a recycle place (I drive a car so the tv was delivered when I bought it because it wouldn't fit in my car) and send them a receipt and the will "search" for a refurbished tv they can replace mine with but I'm going to be without anything for 6 weeks while they search..needless to say, I just went and bought another tv last night (different brand) because the customer service sucks and they probably wont have a replacement anyways--but even if they do, why do I want a refurbished tv for the price I paid for a new one?

    Not play files MKV, i dissapoint, the sound its horrible only four aplications, only one function in mexico (Netflix) please make a update for player files MKV :)
