Picture quality is poor.

The legs that come with the tv to use as a stand is very thin and makes the tv wobble. The remote control is confusing. I had to send my tv back because the volume wouldn’t work. Hopefully I was the only one to get a defective model.

Not happy

When I call Best Buy I was inform that my return was only good for fifteen days. Now I have to deal with Westington company. I'm mad because beside showing them prove that the television does not work. I was inform by the company that I have to recycle it and show prove that the television was recycle. They want a receipt that show them the make and model and the logo of the company who recycle it. Then to top it of I went to Best Buy to recycle it and they refused to give me a receipt with the make and model and it would cost me 25.00 to recycle it. I was so upset that I took the television back home. The company is only going to give me the purchase price of the television not my taxes or the recycle money.
